assailants requesting him to arbitrate in the ongoing tribal
clashes that have rocked various parts of Molo District only to be
killed moments later.

where he allegedly owns land, and where he was scheduled to broker

escalating arson attacks that have rocked the area since last
Sunday when the clashes erupted.
